Create What You Want In Life

We are constantly creating and manifesting in our lives. It’s just a matter of asking ourselves: are we creating what we truly want for ourselves, or are we re-creating the same-old-same-old, out of unconscious habits? No one has the power to create for us; it’s completely up to us. The relationships, job, finances, home, health and anything else you have in your life is a direct result of your desires, thoughts and choices.
If you don’t have what you want in your life, you are most likely creating unconsciously from past conditioning or limiting beliefs. To consciously manifest what you want in your life, try these four steps:
1. Decide what you want.
If you want to get to a destination, it helps to have some idea of where you want to go. Sometimes we know exactly what it is with all the details. Other times we just have a sense of it, like trying to remember a word that’s on the tip of our tongue. Whichever the case, using all your senses to experience as much of it as you can, will help you to make it more believable and real.
If it is something concrete, like a house or a car, see it and feel what it would be like to have it. If it is something intangible, like a state of peace and harmony in your life, then imagine what your life would be like if you felt this way. Through the laws of attraction, where like attracts like, you will begin to magnetize it into your life.
2. Let go of the outcome.
Once you’ve clearly envisioned what you want, you need to release it and allow it to manifest in a way that’s best for you. Attachment to specific details of how it will occur narrows our focus and limits our options. With trust and flexibility we open ourselves up to the many unseen possibilities available to us.
Envision putting your goal into a helium balloon and let it soar out to the universe to manifest. Then sit back and let yourself be surprised by the many synchronistic events that come into your life to turn your dreams into reality. This step requires you to put your faith into your higher self and the universe to guide you.
3. Take action with ease.
We often hear that good results come from lots of hard work and effort, yet in reality many great things occur effortlessly. When we set the tone of effort in trying to make something happen we tend to block the flow of opportunity and then struggle ensues. Action steps toward your goals are important, but doing them with ease is more likely to move you forward.
Whenever you are about to take action, notice if it feels easy and joyful to do so. If you feel any resistance, check in with your intuition to see what your next best step is before making a move.
4. Be able to have what you want.
There may be many things you want in life, but how many of them can you have? Sometimes we get close to achieving our goal and then something prevents it from fully manifesting. Or we get what we want for a brief period of time and then it suddenly disappears. If you don’t have what you want there is most likely a hidden message or belief blocking you from your desires.
Look deep within to see if there is underlying belief based on fear or guilt such as “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t deserve more” or “others will go without if I have lots.” Becoming aware of these untruths is the first step in releasing them. Choose to let them go and replace them with supportive beliefs. Once they are out of the way, you can create whatever you want in your life.
