1. Ownership and Limited License
This Website and its Content are owned by MyNorthShore.ca. Individual listings and posts on this Website are the property of MyNorthShore.ca. 14. General Provisions

No waiver, express or implied, by MyNorthShore.ca of any breach of or default by User under this Agreement will constitute a continuing waiver of such breach or default or be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
Any rights not expressly granted by this Agreement are reserved to MyNorthShore.ca.
